Brief general terms of work. Exact terms for your task are recorded in writing before we start.

Subject

Business consulting services are provided online: consultations, reviews, preparing recommendations and materials, support. The scope and volume of work are agreed in advance.

How we start

Work begins with an introduction: you describe the task and I name a possible format and scope. Once agreed, the terms are recorded in writing (in an agreement, invoice or correspondence).

Format and communication

Meetings take place by video or in a messenger in an agreed language. I reply to messages within a business day.

Price and payment

The price depends on the task and format and is named after an introduction. Payment procedure and deadlines are agreed in advance and stated in the agreement or invoice.

Confidentiality

Information about your business shared during the work remains confidential. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be concluded if needed.

Materials and rights

You may use the documents, scripts and templates prepared for you in your own business. Public or other use of methods and materials is agreed separately.

Limits of responsibility

I do not provide legal, tax or accounting services. The result depends on implementing the recommendations and external conditions, so specific financial results are not guaranteed.

Termination

Either party may end the cooperation with notice to the other. Settlement on termination is agreed in the agreement.
