Sound familiar?

These are the problems clients come to me with most often.

01

You moved and have no clients

Old connections are far away, the local market is unfamiliar, and it’s unclear where to find the first clients.

02

Everything depends on you

Sales happen while you are in every deal. Delegating doesn’t work and there is no system.

03

Leads come by chance

It’s unclear where clients come from and what to do to get more.

04

Hard to name a price

You’re unsure how much to ask and how to explain value so people pay for it.

05

The team works without a system

No scripts, reporting or clear metrics; each manager does their own thing.

06

Many ideas, no priorities

You want everything at once and have no plan for the next 90 days.

What a sales system consists of

Five blocks I build or review in any business. If even one link is weak, sales are unstable.

  1. 01

    Strategy and funnel

Who we sell to, what and how. Funnel stages and key numbers.

  2. 02

    Process and scripts

How a manager takes a client from first contact to a deal.

  3. 03

    People

Hiring, onboarding, training and motivation of the team.

  4. 04

    Tools

CRM, templates, reports: amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot.

  5. 05

    Management

Metrics, unit economics and control of results.

Sales as a system, not luck

Any business can be broken down into funnel stages to see where clients are lost. My job is to find the weakest spot and fix it first.

1Attention

2Interest
They leave a contact
3Conversation
They discuss the task
4Offer
They get price and terms
5Deal
They become clients
The diagram is illustrative: every business has its own stages and metrics.

Why “Most” (bridge)

A bridge connects two banks. My job is to connect what you already have with where you want to get.

Your experience New market Sales system

Experience and a new market

Your skills and experience from Russia, and local realities in Serbia: clients, habits, channels.

Idea and first clients

From “I want to launch” to the first paying clients, without extra steps.

You and a system

From manual selling “on yourself” to a process that works without you in every deal.

How we work together

Clear steps from the first message to results.

  1. 1

    Intro call

A short call: you describe the situation, I ask questions and honestly say how I can help, and whether I can at all.

  2. 2

    Review

I study the business, numbers, processes and clients, and note growth points and risks.

  3. 3

    Plan

Concrete steps with priorities and deadlines: what can be done in the coming weeks.

  4. 4

    Implementation

Optionally I stay on to check execution, adjust and support your team.

Ways to work together

Choose the depth that fits your task.

One-off session

One focused conversation on a specific question.

  • For quick questions
  • One focus, one result
  • Recommendations after the meeting

Mentoring

Ongoing support: we build and grow the business together.

  • Constant contact
  • Review of current decisions
  • Team development

Pricing depends on the task and format. I will name it after an intro call.

Who is behind “Most”

I walked the path my clients walk: moving, a new country, new rules, finding clients from scratch. Before that I spent 22 years building sales teams in Russia. Now I share that experience with entrepreneurs in Serbia.

More about me

Frequently asked questions

What does the first meeting look like?

It’s a short call: you describe the situation, I ask questions and honestly say whether I can help and how I suggest we work.

Is this only for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs?

The main audience is Russian-speaking entrepreneurs, relocants and freelancers in Serbia. The site is available in three languages. If another language is more convenient, write to me.

Do you help with business registration, residence and taxes?

No. I am not a lawyer or an accountant. My focus is business model, sales and marketing. For legal and tax matters I recommend specialists.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the task and the format. I name it after an intro, once the scope is clear.

How do consultations take place?

Online, in your preferred messenger or video service, from anywhere in Serbia and beyond.

Is it right for me if my business is small or I work alone?

Yes. Many of my clients are freelancers and small projects. We choose the format and depth to fit your task.

How long until I see results?

It depends on the task. You get a plan quickly after the review; sales growth depends on executing the steps and the length of your sales cycle.

Will my business information stay confidential?

Yes. Whatever you tell me about your business stays between us. A non-disclosure agreement can be discussed if needed.

Quick sales diagnostic

10 questions, 3 minutes. I will show how far your sales work as a system and where the weak spots are. It is a self-assessment: it gives a benchmark, not a replacement for a full review.
